South Moroccan & The Palmeraie De Tinghir

The Oasis Of Merzouga
This morning, we cross the palm of Tafilalet to join the oasis of Merzouga, important crossing point for slave caravans and the gold traffic of Sudan and Guinea, but also place of meeting and exchanges between Arabs, Berbers and Africans.

The Dunes Of Erg Chebbi
Beautiful immersion in this magnificent dune massif, where we sail in waves of sand, sometimes by corridors between the high dunes, sometimes by the ridges of erg. The picnic stops near a well where we can meet nomads who come to drink their cattle. In the afternoon, we cross a path to arrive in the beautiful dunes of erg Znagui. Bivouac.

The Dunes Of Ouzina
We cross the mountains with a cape-shaped mountain, a sentinel rock bordered by Wadi Rheris in the west and Wadi Ziz in the east, which runs along the Hamada du Guir. These two wadis feed the largest oasis in Morocco, the Tafilalet, which has over a million palm trees. You will cross stony landscapes, black shales and marble outcrops, as well as important dunes. The Dunes Of Remlia
We leave the dunes towards the last Saharan village before crossing the hamada of Guir. It has been inhabited for a long time by the Berber tribes Ait Atta and the Gnaoua, descendants of former Sudanese slaves of Saadian times. Our walk continues through the Wadi Rheris whose frequent floods in winter allow the fertilization of the alluvial plain, cultivated by the nomadic tribes Ait Khebbach. Possibility to meet nomads. Our bivouac will be installed in the dunes facing terracotta terracotta houses of Remlia.

Remlia – Marrakech
After breakfast, we will drive from Ramlia to Marrakech through the Todra valley gogres dades and the valley of the rose. Stop to visit the Kasbah Ben Haddou Ouarzazate then continue to Marrakech through the neck of the tichka. Arrival and installation in your accommodation in Marrakech.
